INDONESIAN EMBASSY’S STAFFS AND POLICE OFFICERS
MET IN A FRIENDSHIP VOLLEY BALL GAME

 

The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia participated in a friendship volley ball game at Limau Manis Police station on Saturday, June 11, 2005 which was involving 5 teams consists of 2 Indonesian Embassy’s teams, one Limau Manis Police Station’s team, one Sengkurong Police Station’s team, and one team of the Indonesian community who lives in Limau Manis.  
 
The Indonesian Embassy’s team  led by M.Nazirwan.Hafiz, Limau Manis Police Station’s team led by Inspector Hj. Hasanol Fikri bin Hj Metussin, while Sengkurong Police station’s team led by Inspector Aslan Haji Johari, and Indonesian Community’s team with Mr Sugianto as the captain. 
 
The game that was officially declared open by Head of Limau Manis Police Station Inspector  Hj Hassanol Fikri bin Haji Metussin was also  attended by Mr. Suhardi Condrosentono, Minister Counsellor, and Col. Mulyana Esa Defence Attache of the embassy of the Republic of Indonesia.
 
The aim of the game is to promote healthy life style through volley ball sport and to boost good relationship between the Indonesian Embassy’s staff and Officers from Limau Manis and Sengkurong Police Station, and with Indonesian community who works and reside in Limau Manis Area.

 The Embassy’s team won both games against  Limau Manis and Sengkurong Police Station with a score  2 - 1 and 2 - 1.   In another play of the day, a selection team consists of the Embassy’s  staffs and the Police officers  won the game against the team of the Indonesian community.
